Elegant Lakeside Home - your Own Private Floor with Stunning Lake Views
Welcome to our Beach House - we are Peachland’s premier luxury vacation accommodation located on the western shores of Okanagan Lake. We offer a spacious 1400 sq ft vacation suite which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms, full size sitting room with single daybed off the master bedroom, an elegant great room with stylish kitchenette and a large outdoor Lanai. Our vacation accommodation suite is the entire walk-out level of our semi-lakeshore home. We are located on the quiet north end of Beach Ave, the house is elevated above road level so that you have total privacy when sitting in the outdoor lanai and garden.
The Lanai has an outdoor kitchen area with natural gas BBQ and food preparation cart for preparing and cooking your meals. There is an outdoor dining area with patio table and chairs, as well as a sectional wicker sofa with coffee table for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular lake and mountain views. The Lanai opens onto a large flat yard with gardens and grassy area where you can lounge in the sun. The Lanai is about 700 square feet and is covered to protect you from the sun and rain.
From the Lanai you can walk down the driveway to Beach Ave. Swimming areas are a short walk in either direction, there are also 2 public docks nearby. Peachland is unique in that it has 11 KM of public lakeshore, most of which is on Beach Ave. From the house you can take long walks along Beach Ave to downtown Peachland (about 3 KM), walk to Bliss Bakery for some coffee and treats or access the lake for swimming and water sports.
The Beach House is about a 5 minute drive from West Kelowna (Westbank), 20 minutes from downtown Kelowna and 30 minutes from Penticton. We are ideally situated to enjoy the best of the Okanagan: spectacular scenery, world-class wineries, championship golf & more. There are more than 100 wineries in the Okanagan - ranging from a 5 minute to 1 hour drive from the house.
Our Beach House is the ideal place to stay while attending Peachland's World of Wheels Car Show or the Okanagan Spring & Fall Wine Festivals. Adult oriented, smoke-free environment, no pets.
