1 Queen Bed. Large master bedroom with deck that has a spectacular view! Huge master ensuite with large walk up soaker tub and seperate shower!

View

The house is a mile up from lake Okanagan. There is a 180 degree view of the lake with the golf course in the foreground and the lake and mountains in the background.

More Information

The house has many decks including a full length deck off of the basement. Also provided, is a deck and seating area off of the basement as well as a barbeque for both the downstairs and a built in barbeque for the upstairs. Laundry for both upstairs and downstairs units will be shared.

Distances

The Kelowna International Airport is a 45 minute drive. The Vancouver International Airport is a four hour drive.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Peachlands' Ponderosa Golf Course is less than a 10 minute walk. There is a view of one of the fairways from all of the decks. The Golf course is 18 holes and boasts beautiful views and challenging golf! This unit is in the heart of wine country and has many wineries within a 1/2 hour drive.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are three large ski resorts within a two hour drive. Big White is aprox 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Silver Star is about 2 hours away, and Apex is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. All boasts long runs and champagne powder snow!
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Peachland town center is just one mile away where there are restaurants and shopping. Westbank is a 15 minute drive, and Kelowna is around a 25 minute drive.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. There is a spectacular view of the lake from all rooms of the house. It is aproximately one mile to the beach. However, it is one mile up hill. A good workout for those in shape enough to do it! The beach in Peachland is 1 mile away. It is directly in front of the quainte town of Peachland where there is shopping and restaurants. The Okanagan Lake is generally warm and wonderful to swim in!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
