• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Ponderosa Golf Course is five minute drive and two other courses maximum 30 minutes
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Crystal Mountain, near Westbank, about 30 minutes. Beginners/Intermediate. Also cross country area with set tracks. Apex near Penticton and Big White are within 90 minute drives.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Peachland town area has a number of restaurants. Westbank is 15 minutes away by car with more restaurants and shopping malls.
• Beach is a brisk 10 minute walk or five minutes by car. Other beaches in area are within 15 minutes by car.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
