    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This large bedroom with a queen size bed also a single bed (daybed). It is tastefully decorated and has a lovely view of the Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains.

    2 Single Beds (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Cot (sleeps 1). A large room with 2 single beds and fitted deck area. It also has a fantastic view of Okanagan Lake and mountains. We do have a roll-a-way cot which fits nicely into this bedroom.

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    The pet fee is charged by the owner's discretion.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10-$15/night will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
