Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. 198' lakefront There is a large dock with boat tie up and a 11' water trampoline. There is a cabin at the beach area with a fridge and water.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
