Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Credit Card Payment is charged through PayPal (is preferred). Refundable Security Deposit is required 1 day prior to arrival. $30 charge for all cancellations. If cancel 60 days after initial deposit (booking confirmation) and more than 30 days prior to arrival, then PayPal credit card commission 2.9% is nonrefundable. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
