• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Shopping centre includes pub, video store, and grocery store and gas station all within a two minute drive.
• Peachland Marina and Peachland Yacht club are only a 3 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
