    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300.00 damages will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
