1 King Bed. This detached bedroom suite has its own large private bathroom, television, fireplace, wet bar, as well as two comfortable reading chairs. Also has tremendous view of the Carmel Bay and Pebble Beach Golf Links.
1 Queen Bed. This cozy bedoom suite is detached from the main house, providing the ultimate in privacy. It has its own private bathroom and telephone.

The view to the west is the 14th tee box and fairway of the Pebble Beach Golf Links, the cliff shot and green of the world famous 8th hole, the tee box and fairway of the 9th hole, the amazing white sandy beaches of Carmel, as well as the beautiful Carmel Bay and Point Lobos Reserve.
The living room and deck of the home are approximately 40 yards from the 14th tee box, while the property line is merely 20 yards.
All sheets, towels, silverware, dishes, appliances are provided. The home includes 4 fireplaces, a sauna, an indoor & outdoor private BBQ, a very private courtyard, and amazing views of the Carmel Bay and Pebble Beach Golf Links.
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
