1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). In addition to the Queen/single bunk bed is a cubby with a twin mattress, lights and bookshelves that my daughter uses as a hideaway. There is also a small TV and playstation with games in this room, which also can be used as a DVD. A great kids room!

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

• Nearby Attractions: Whistler 25 minute drive. Tennis 5 minute walk. Bike and hike trails from our doorstep, both easy and hard ones. Children's playground on the complex. Quiet location, facing the mountains and forest.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
