    Secluded and private ocean retreat - total seclusion with all of the comforts of home. Great group accommodation. Boat access only. Boat and fishing charters are available on - site.

    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 4 boats. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    A deposit of $250 is required to complete the booking. This deposit is only returned if the unit is left as found and does not make up the total quote.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of deposit refund within 1 week may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
