A Three Bedroom Cottage Designed for Comfort and Affordability

This accommodation is great for small groups and families. The master bedroom is private and there are two small private single bedrooms as well. There is a big comfy hide-a-bed in the living room for another pair to sleep in. The kitchen is a good size and is fully equipped for you to cook and save yourself from expensive restaurant bills. There is a nice big barbecue on the big gorgeous front porch along with a hot-tub. The porch along with the barbecue and hot-tub are shared with the adjoining studio cottage which may be rented in conjunction with the 3 bedroom cottage.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
