Waterfront property with superb views and gorgeous sunsets. The communities of Garden Bay, Madeira Park and Irvine's Landing are known collectively as Pender Harbour. Comfortably sleeps a family of 2 adults and 3 children (minimum age 6 years) or 2 couples.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
