1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Oceanfront with window to enjoy the view or listen to the ocean. Huge bedroom with walk-in closet and king sized bed.

Privacy galore on any of the 3 exterior patios totaling over 1000 square feet. If you want, bring your boat or rent one and tie up to the dock. Catch crabs, oysters and clams right in front of the cabin or fish for salmon and cod. Enjoy all the amenities of home including a large kitchen with all major appliances plus dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, coffee maker, washer, dryer, central vac, etc. All of this just a 2 hour drive from downtown Vancouver including a scenic 45 minute ferry ride.

• There are small airports within half an hour that you can take a small plane or sea plane to. The distance to an international airport would be less than 3 hours.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 3 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the cottage with the closest being less than half an hour. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are a number of world class ski resorts within 3 hours of the cottage including Whistler/Blackcomb, Mt Baker, Grouse, Cypress and Seymour. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a small town called Madeira Park that is about a 5 minute drive from the cottage. In town there is a grocery store, marina, liquor store, restaurants, small local shops, etc.
Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
