The lodge encompasses one of the most spectacular 360 degree views in British Columbia. Starting from San Juan Islands and onwards to the Olympic Peninsula, Victoria and southern Vancouver Island as far north as Nanaimo. The Canadian Gulf Islands over to the mountains of the lower mainland and south to Mt Baker. You can watch the ferries, cruise ships, fishing boats, killer whales, eagles and pleasure crafts go by as you soak up the southern sun. This exceptional 4 level mansion has a cabola roof and rooftop hot tub. 5 minutes away are beautiful beaches and Magic Lake for swimming.

Special Conditions
Book any 2 nights from Monday to Thursday for $150.00 per night for 2 occupants, additional occupants $25.00 per night. 2 night minimum. Not valid during Christmas, New Years and Easter holidays. Valid until April 15, 2010.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival)
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
