Vacation Getaway for a great price

With just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico, this 1 bdrm 1 bath condo features everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This unit boasts a view of the duck pond, gazebo, clubhouse, & pool. We are on the gulf side with a new walkway completed to give you easy access to Pensacola's beautiful white beaches. There is also a sound side across the street that is perfect for small children who may be weary of the waves. The boardwalk has restaurants & bars that provide amazing seafood as well as local drinks & entertainment. You will also want to visit the restaurants known mostly to locals!!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.00.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
