Located only minutes from 2 lakes and numerous beaches, this newly built, 3 story, 1600 sq ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is 2 years old. The unit can sleep 6 to a max of 8. Our air conditioned unit contains a dining room and living room, with a home theater, computer and wireless Internet access. Enjoy a BBQ dinner and sit back and relax on the patio.

Drive the scenic wine country roads to Naramata or Oliver. Relax at the numerous sandy beaches located on warm Skaha or Okanagan lake. Walk or bike the KVR trail which offers beautiful views of orchards and Okanagan lake.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
