Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
if paid by credit card reciept will show Budget rent a car

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
