3 Bedroom Home...Perfect for Wine Touring & Holidays Anytime of Year!

Penticton is a wonderful place to visit and this Cottage is a great place to stay. The three bedrooms are fresh and nicely decorated with quality bedding and duvets. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make snacks and meals. You will appreciate having your own washer and dryer.
The garden is full of flowers and trees. There is a sunny patio in the back garden that is surrounded by climbing roses and a fish pond. In the afternoon the back garden is shaded and you will love the coolness after spending the day out and about in the Okanagan sunshine.
The house is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive to everything in Penticton such as Okanagan and Skaha Beaches, the South Okanagan Events Centre, downtown shopping and restaurants. The first winery on the Naramata Bench is only 2km away. One of the City's bike lanes goes right in front of the house so you can quickly pedal to the KVR walking/cycling trail or explore Penticton by bike. The house is also very close to grocery stores and two shopping centres.
There is WI-FI, a flat screen TV, a ping pong table and complimentary long distance calling anywhere in the US and Canada.
Bicycles can be kept securely in the basement.
Penticton is a great 4 season destination. Activities such as wine touring, hiking, boating, swimming and biking are all close by.
