Just a short walk to Front street restaurants and shops, and Okanagan Beach and Marina and the beginning of the Naramata Bench Wineries. Located across from the Kettle Valley Railroad Trail; The KVR Trail offers gorgeous lake views, vineyards, trestle bridges and orchards.

The property is located at the beginning of the Naramata Bench where you can visit some of the best vineyards in the Okanagan. KVR Trail is across the road. Public Pool at Community Centre is a 5 minute drive. BBQ is provided along with lovely outdoor eating areas.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Cash
Personal cheques must be received within 7 days of booking. Clearing time for cheques can take 10 days. Customers can pay 50% deposit by cheque. The remaining 50% can be paid by Visa/MC or cash on arrival.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10.00/nt/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
