The view from our front yard is the cul-du-sac. The view in the back yard is the mountainous greenbelt where at any time of the day you may see deer wandering through.

Home located in a quiet cul-du-sac. We have a private backyard which backs onto a mountain side greenbelt with children's playhouse nestled on the mountain. Trampoline and patio furniture. Perfect location for family or guests who want R&R. 1 Cat lives at the house.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The closest Ski resort is Apex Mountain Resort a short 45 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are several different shopping malls nearby, all are just a short drive away.
• Beach surface is fine sand. Our home is situated in central Penticton with Okanagan Lake at one end and Skaha Lake at the other end of the city. Each are a 5-10 minute drive away with clear warm water and sandy beaches. There are numerous beaches in the Summerland, Penticton, and OK Falls area.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
