Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

You are responsible to book your campsite. Be sure to pick a site with 30 amp service and sewer hook up.
Trailer rate does not include camp fees.

$50 is charged for delivery, set up, and pickup in a campground of your choice in the Penticton or Summerland area.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1).

Living Room

1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1). Twin is fold down table. (Can accommodate two small children)

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The airport is about a 15 minute drive away.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Penticton and Summerland have several fine golf courses to choose from. All are just a short drive away.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Apex Ski Resort is 48 km away, and 4000 feet higher.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Distance to shopping depends on camp site location.
The distance to the beach depends on the camp site location. There are numerous beachs in the Okanagan which have fine sand and clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
In addition, $100 is deducted from damage deposit, if trailer is left unclean upon departure.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
