50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques We generally require a damage deposit equal to one month's rent. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
