25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
