50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 100. may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
