    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive an 80% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
