We allow a maximum of two children per rental party. A damage deposit of $400 is required upon arrival, and will be returned to the renters once the house has been inspected and is found to be damage free.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: none. • Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100 flat fee will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
