Sleeps 8 people. Private fenced yard, patio and BBQ. Just steps away from the beach, downtown shopping, nightclubs, boat rentals, water sports, restaurants. Float down our famous River Channel on a raft. The KVR walking/biking path, the Okanagan Hockey School, Ironman Triathalon, golfing, and other exciting outdoor activities are just minutes away.

Beach Equipment: Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
    • Nearby Attractions: Okanagan Beach, Island Beachwear Store, Salty's Beachhouse Restaurant, Ice Cream Store, Tennis courts, nightclubs, restaurants are all withing walking distance. Only a few blocks to float down our infamous Channel, all the way down to Skaha Beach on the south end of Penticton.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
