Our Penticton lake view vacation rental is situated just across the road from Skaha Lake, with access to a large sundeck with a beautiful lake view, a BBQ and patio furniture, and large back yard for your enjoyment. There is ample parking for a vehicle and boat/trailer with the boat launch right across the street. The suite is spacious, bright and clean, sleeps up to 6 adults/children, with its own private entrance, attractively furnished and includes A/C, all appliances, laundry room, comfy bedroom, spacious and bright living room with comfy queen bed and new queen-size futon. Sandy beaches, excellent swimming, boating, fishing, windsurfing, and water sports are yours on the sparkling waters of Skaha Lake. You will be just minutes from other beaches, several excellent golf courses, many estate and farm wineries, wonderful restaurants, and a variety of attractions and services in this area. The Subaru Ironman route runs right past the back yard of the property.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
