Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Security Deposit ($750) and 25% of rental fee is due within 7 days of booking. At this time a rental and information package will be sent to you via mail.

Sorry we do not cater to party weekends/vacations. We do not rent to groups that are under the age of 25.

Basement is unfinished.

Inquire about long term rentals through Owner Direct (while our nightly rate is negotiable for long term rentals, we will not be giving MAJOR discounts for long term stays).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
10% of rental fee (including $750 damage/security deposit) is due within 10 days on initial booking. Once initial payment has been received a rental agreement is sent out via mail.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
