This condo has large floor to ceiling side windows, as well as direct gulf front view from sliding glass doors, which give a panoramic view and open feeling to the unit. Great Western Sunsets. Low density beach with 300 ft of beach. Facility has many amenities, large meeting room with kitchen overlooking gulf, exercise room, large lobby, 2 pools one outdoor the other heated indoor, walking distance to state park, and smaller, new shopping center across the street. You can see dolphins from the balcony.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
