The estate is surrounded by a large common garden hosting all the collective facilities.
The pool area has a large swimming pool (14mx7m), with an outdoor shower and romantic covered gazebos for each apartment (open from May to October). The common meeting area has inside and outside spaces for all together being with a large room and a bar corner and an outdoor area with beautiful panoramic loggia. A nice playground is dedicated to little children. In the common area, there is also the laundry room. Free safe parking area inside the property.
In the reception, owners are at disposal for any information (spoken languages Italian, English, German).
Bakery Service every morning (fresh bread, pasta, pizza) and breakfast and dinner on request.
