Standing in the midst of its own farmland of silvery green olive trees, this old two-storey farmhouse has been fully restored and modernised. You ll find it nestling on a gentle hillside against a backdrop of surrounding mountains. Magnificent views extend across the valley to the mountain-top village of Comares and down to Lake Viñuela. The house is reached via a concrete farm track, and the car can be parked within the fenced area which surrounds the house and garden. Some of the bedrooms have beamed ceilings, and views down to the lake and the coast. The Sierras that surround this whole area offer excellent opportunities for walking, particularly in the spring, whilst the lovely Mediterranean beaches are only 20 minutes' drive. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
