35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of n/a will apply. A fee of n/a will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00 euro.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
