This very pleasant detached villa is peacefully located, yet within walking distance of shops and restaurants in a lively and popular village. The immaculate garden is very private and no matter what of day provides shady areas when required. The property provides an excellent touring base, if lazing around the pool is not the order of the day. Endless miles of golden sandy beaches await at only 25km with some of the nicest resorts on the Mediterranean coastline, including Saint Cyprien, Canet Plage and Argelès-sur-Mer. Excellent walking can be enjoyed in either the Alberes mountain range or the higher peaks of the Pyrénées. Day trips could include a venture into the Côte Vermeille, with its stunning scenery and beautiful fishing village Collioure. A wander around the historical town of Perpignan, or maybe a trip across the Spanish border (40km) either to benefit from some duty free offers, or to continue onto one of the most popular towns in Europe, Barcelona. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
