This is an outside room with unobstructed views over the countryside in one direction and looking over the roof to a mountain in the other direction.
This is a B&B with chef and restaurant, situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, surrounded by vineyards.
For breakfast, we offer a choice of continental (croissant, pain au chocolat, juice, tea/coffee, cereal, baguette) at EUR 6 or cooked (continental plus cooked egg, bacon, sausage, etc.) for EUR 10. We offer evening meals with a full menu, subject to reservation prior to 6pm each day (meals on Sunday evening must be reserved on Saturday). There is a fixed price three course menu for two people at EUR 30 per person, which includes wine.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are a number of golf courses within a range of about an hour to a 90 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest ski resort is a 90 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a village 2 miles away. We are a 20 minute drive (25km) to the west of Perpignan, between the villages of Estagel and Maury on the D117.
• The property fronts onto a river, although the best view is over the bridge about a minute walk away. The nearest ocean is about a 30 minute drive and there is a lake about a 20 minute drive from us.
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
French issued personal cheques are accepted with appropriate ID.

• Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
