Queen sized bed. The Master Bedroom is decorated with cream, white and gold tonings with two antique style bedside cabinets. Plenty of wardrobe shelving and hanging space to unpack and store your suitcases away. Master Bedroom has its own ensuite complete with bathtub, separate shower recess and single vanity basin and wc.

Queen Sized bed. Decorated in cream tones. There are wooden bedside cabinets with crystal styled white lamps and alarm clock. Plenty of wardrobe space and shelving.
1 Single Futon Bed (sleeps 1). BEDROOM 3-Upstairs
Single Bedroom with single bed. Decorated in cream tonings. Plenty of wardrobe, shelving and suitcase space. This bedroom has its own ensuite entrance directly into bathroom no 2. This bedroom a small corner desk with laptop and printer provided with wifi connection.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Futon Bed can sleep 2 but ideally 1. Located in Theatre room with this bed the house is like a 4 bedroom property.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Perth Western Australia is known for its vast white sandy coastline which stretches for thousands of kilometers. You can walk along the beach at any time and not come across another beach dweller however you will get keen surfers any time of the year.
We have freedom and serenity here something rare in today's world.
In the characteristic port of Fremantle we have Ciccerelos well known in WA for their fresh fish and of course, the lively South Terrace full of restaurants and cafes. The Fremantle Markets is also well worth a visit with art & crafts antique stalls and laces, custom made jewellery, cheeses & fresh produce.
Margaret River Wine Region is located 3.5hours driving to the south of Perth and is usually an overnight trip. We have our famous Karri Valley Timber Top walk to the south as well and this is something special to experience - walking amongst the tree-tops. If you are feeling adventurous you can always climb the Gloucester Tree in the same area.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Bank transfer usually only takes a day to process from bank to bank by swift code transaction.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Complimentary.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
