Villa Umbria lies among of a beautiful scenery of some of most interesting areas: Val di Chiana, Monte Amiata and the old towns of Montepulciano and Chiusi. The whole property (main villa and the two guest houses) was completely restored with care and taste and has been provided with stylish and high quality furniture. Guests can use the main villa and the first guest house, since the second one is for the caretaker, the cleaning ladies and the gardener: all working there to make more comfortable the staying of the guests.

    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
