Mine is a rustic homey kitchen, Italian style...the kind your grandparents had!
Wash the dishes...leave them to dry on the side. Cook with a glass of wine, not a bunch of gadgets! We ask that all guests conserve water and energy. Our rates are based on low consumption.

This is not a typical rental, it is a very interesting small home. If you are looking for a true foreign experience in another country, come and stay in my home.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. secondary line: Umbertide, 10 minutes away.
Primary line: Rome-Firenze is 35 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). My home is very conveniently located for dining out: 4 very good local restaurant/trattorias are within an easy 10 minute drive.
The Natural Foods Alternative trattoria "Ristoro Biologico" is a pleasant 20 minute walk, or take your car to the end of our road and walk 5 minutes.
• Nearby Attractions: Excellent mapped roads start right from the house for CYCLING or LONG WALKS and HIKING. Lovely woods and farmland are adjacent to the property.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
