The apartment is surrounded by gardens and by the Umbrian hills.
The unheated swimming pool operates from May throughout the summer. The apartment belongs to a country farm in the beautiful heart of the Umbria Valley. Six independent apartments have been restored around the ancient stone house, which go back to 17th century. The farm produces and sells wine, olive oil, jams, fruit syrups and dried fruit. The owners live on the farm and directly manage it which assures the guests of a pleasant stay. This apartment has a garden in the front for guest use. Play area for children. Outdoor barbecue. Guided tours (on request). Cooking courses: (1) Pasta (tagliatelle, lasagne, gnocchi, ravioli, cappelletti ecc.) pizza (calzoni, salad pizza, torta al testo a typical umbrian bread), ragù ( sauce for pasta). (2)Meats. (3)Typical umbrian sweets. Costs of the cooking courses: 1 lesson for 1 person 50 euro; 3 lessons for 1 person 130 euro. 1 lesson for 2 or more person 30 euro (each person; 3 lessons for 2 or more person 80 euro (each person).

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
