Utilities are charged per week (electricity/cooking gas/water) 30 Euros. Linen and Towels are charged at 12 Euros per guest per week, fee will be adjusted when request is received.

The Estate is about 130 hectares wide, but only 100 are cultivated (wheat, sugar beet, tobacco and 12 hectars of vineyards). The grapes produced are brought to a Wine Producer Association where a very nice typical white wine (Grechetto) and a red Doc wine (Sangiovese), are made and sold in the Farmhouse. In the summertime a huge vegetable garden near the farm is made for the owners and it is at client's disposal for free: all sort of vegetables, aromatic herbs (basil, parsley etc.) are cultivated without the use of chemical products... only sun, water and love!

• Nearby Attractions: 1 km away there is the Torgiano's Tennis courts, and about 2 km there is the possibility to organize horse riding on the fields nearby.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Traveler's cheque: A charge of 5 Euros for each traveler's cheque because of bank expenses; bank wire must arrive NET of any charge. Personal cheques are charge 10 Euros because of bank charges.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 30.00/week will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 9.00/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
