The country house is placed in the Centre of a D.O.C. wine producing farm and hunting forbidden estate situated in the quite and panoramic Tiber Valley.
The Estate is about 130 hectares wide, but only 100 are cultivated (wheat, sugar beet, tobacco and 12 hectares of vineyards). The grapes produced are brought to a Wine Producer Association where a very nice typical white wine (Grechetto) and a red Doc wine (Sangiovese), are made and sold in the farmhouse.
The home was a nun's Convent in late Middle-Age, transformed during the centuries into a farmhouse and achieved with 3000 hectares, villas and houses, by the last of Spinola Family's Cardinal in 1850. The surroundings of the property are formed by the Tiber River and by woods of very ancient oaks and many other typical trees and plants, where the wild animal can shelter.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
For personal cheques a charge of 10 Euros will be due because of bank charges; for traveler's cheques a charge of 5 Euros each will be due because of bank charges; bank wires should arrive net of any charges.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 30.00/week will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 9.00/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
