    This is a non-smoking apartment. THANK YOU. The apartment is an all-furnished one at about 0,3 miles from the Cathedral. Thanks to its full-bed and its sofa, it can accommodate up to 4 people (the displayed price is for 2 people). It is ideal for 2 people or a couple with 2 children, but some people found it too small for 4 adults (don't forget it is only 30m2!). Please note that for monthly rentals, we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. It has an all-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a regular oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the dishes and kitchenwares you'll need for your stay. Thanks to the apartment electronic equipment, you'll be able to watch television, even the news in English (CNN, the BBC etc.) and in other languages, you'll get free wifi connection and you'll be able to call your home country for free (only landlines for most countries, but landlines and cell phones for the US and Canada). There is also a washing-machine in the apartment in case you need to do some laundry during your stay. Ladies: don't bother with your hair-dryer: there in one in the apartment. The small bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are furnished. You'll find all the shops you need in the area, including a wonderful French baker's (closed in August!). Concerning PRICE and BOOKING: The price given is for 2 people using ONE full bed. There is an extra charge for the second bed. In order to foster long-term bookings, I do not accept short-term bookings a long time in advance: I start accepting bookings under 5 days only within 2 weeks of the required dates.     This 140 m2 two floors country house is a 19th Century cottage built in stone, recently restored (2012) and located in the south Burgundy. The house is completely surrounded by pine forests and pastures on which the typical white Charolais cattle graze. This immersion into the green, which offers you absolute silence and calm, gives the cottages a unique atmosphere thanks to which you can relax and enter into harmony with nature. Squirrels and deers are often right all around. Given the upper position of this house, from the garden you can also enjoy of an extraordinary view on the medieval chapel of Chassigny sous Dun. You can also do a lot of wonderful walks in the woods, given the many paths you can take just going out the door. In the garden there is an “atelier” in wood, an ancient water well, and a lots of other plants and flowers. There is a little barbecue, and the garden is equipped with a table and five chairs to make it the ideal place for taking your breakfast during the warm season. The interior was renovated in 2014, and a new roof is being installed in April 2015. The village is very well appointed with amenities including a tiny but comprehensive supermarket, a boulangerie (bakery), pharmacy, cafe/bar, restaurant, bank (with automatic teller), doctor surgery (English-speaking), hairdresser, service (gas) station, marina on the canal and more. The village is overlooked by a lovely old church which has a 9th century crypt. The neighbours are friendly, and the rural nature of the area makes driving easy. Don't miss the Thursday morning markets in the main square, or for larger shopping needs, Avallon and Auxerre are just 26km (16 miles) and 37km (23 miles) respectively. We recommend drives in the country; walks or bike rides along the canal; visiting vineyards; chateaux and abbeys, sampling the delicious local cuisine and wines; browsing in antique stores. Vezelay is a UNESCO heritage-listed village just 15km (9 miles) away, and the Caves of Arcy-sur-Cure are just 18km (11 miles) away.

    The apartment is in the Miramar building, located in the very center of LA CROISETTE, between the Carton Hotel n° 57 and the Martinez Hotel n° 73. Miramar has a front desk open 24/7 with a concierge, 2 elevators. Full security with cameras at each floor/entrance hall. Public areas inside/outside - were entirely renovated in 2010, outside ground floor now providing international fashion shops. Before being sold into apartments, Miramar was the 4th art deco palace in La Croisette (with Carlton, Martinez, Majestic hotels). The apartment is 4th floor, spacious(700 sq. Feet/ceiling height : 13 feet) with many closets and a big wardrobe for each room, jetted bathtub, a completely silent air conditioning unit in each room with individual remote controls, central heating at winter, double glass french windows, 3 simultaneous secured wifi connections… it provides full accommodations for 4 people (for business trip, we recommend it to 2 people). It is calm, overlooking the garden shared with other buildings. Miramar building is facing the sea but our apartment does not have a seaview, it will please guests looking for a calm environment as you do not hear the cars driving on La Croisette or the noise coming from beaches - even when french windows are fully open on the balconies. General atmosphere is very cool, everything has been arranged for our guests to feel at home. The apartment was decorated in the Provence style and is very romantic. It is well maintained and we - of course, appreciate respectful guests. Beaches, restaurants, cafes are at the feet of the building and all along La Croisette. Grocery in front of the Miramar, supermarket first street behind the Miramar and a bigger one (Casino) at 0,25 mile (they deliver on request). Rue d’Antibes, the other also famous street for shopping is a 0,2 mile walk, Gambetta fruit and vegetable market is a 0,3 mile walk (every morning until 12.00). Bus n° 8 stop just in front of the Miramar (it drives on La Croisette from Palm Beach to Plages du midi). Festival Hall (Palais des Festivals) is a 5 to 10 minute walk, Port Canto (beautiful yachts) is a 3/5 minute walk. Its very central location allows to walk to all the attractive places to be within a few minutes. - Lifts from Nice airport to the Miramar : no queue, private drivers wait for our guests at the exit area with their name written on a placard : 60 € (half price of a regular taxi) to 80 €.
