25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 6:00 AM and check out before 6:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 45 Euros.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
