• Nearby Attractions: The condo is centrally located in an established area. It is approximately 20 minutes from the Arizona Cardinals(NFL) home of 2008 Superbowl and also the Phoenix Coyotes. It is about twenty minutes from downtown Phoenix theater area and about ten to fifteen minutes to either I17 or I51 which are the main highways. There is a amusement park called Castles and Coasters for the kids close by - approximately 10 minute drive

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
