Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
