You will not find a more fully equipped house in the valley. We have everything that you would need from free high-speed internet access to a fully stocked spice rack and corkscrew. When we are in Phoenix we live here, so we have everything here that we have at home. Located 30 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Goodyear. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to pro football (10 mins), pro hockey (10 mins), Nascar racetrack (10 mins), and Spring Baseball (10 mins). Very good selection of golf courses nearby, from top ranked (Wig Wam) to cheaper municipal and semi-private (Falcon). Lots of shopping within in a 15 minute drive. Wells Fargo bank, UPS Store and Walmart grocery store all within walking distance. Bicycles available for guest use. Eliptical and Treadmill exercise equipment also in house. Luke Airforce Base 15 minutes away. And don't forget about the heated pool. In the winter it gets very cool in the valley, and you need a good heater to be able to enjoy the pool. The 450,000 BTU heater, heats the pool in less than an hour so you can start enjoying your Arizona getaway that much sooner.
