Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
The $500 security/damage deposit is due at booking. The security deposit is refunded within14 business days of checkout if there is no damage. The remainder of rental/cleaning/pet fees are due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier checks for US residents only and they must be drawn on a US Bank. International guests including Canada and Mexico must pay over e-mail with pay pal either with a credit card (4% fee) or e-check no fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100 per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
