Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
A beautiful renovated "adega" (wine store), decorated with many original details and everyone's dream: quite location with breathtaking sea view, large grounds with subtropical fruits that guests can also pick and a good standard with tasteful decoration.
The dining room is decorated with many interesting tools once used in the wine press and by whale fishermen. A wood staircase leads leads to the above open floor with the living and sleeping areas.
The unit is located on a slope, 150 m from the ocean and from the natural swimming pool, in the village of Praínha. Village centre and shopping facilities are 300 m, restaurants 500 m, Madalena 32 Km. The house has a living area of 36 sq m., consisting of a twin bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Its own grounds of 1400 sq m. include a terrace with BBQ. There are 2 mountain bikes for guest use.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
