Charming farmhouse recently restored and divided into 5 comfortable and cosy holiday apartments situated in a predominant position on top of a gently sloping hill which overlooks and dominates the Val di Chiana (Chiana Valley) with particularly interesting views over some of the most important historical towns of Tuscany. Extensive and beautiful views. Peaceful position. An enclosed, well-cared-for grassy area surrounds the house and it is very well equipped (deck-chairs,beach umbrellas, tables) and a beautiful, shared swimming pool (7x14), bowls, table tennis, mini volley ball and an ancient wood-burning oven. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area and satellite TV. Parking. Ideal for walks in the 40 ha grounds. New, rustic style furniture. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
